My name is Michelle, and I have always loved a great story. I have also had a love of photography ever since I had my first camera – a 100 – when I was seven. That was also the age I started writing. When I was about twelve years of age, I wrote my first novel. It was actual more of a novella, since it was only four chapters long and a shorter story. I laugh when I read it now, but it was pretty good for a girl that age. It was fanfiction before that became a well known genre.

My favourite subjects for photography are things in nature, whether trees or clouds or leaves or water. I also enjoy taking pictures of people and buildings and, well, pretty much anything and everything that strikes my fancy at any given moment and that I think would make a great picture.

In April 2008, I bought my first digital camera that is of a semi-professional grade, and I have been having fun experimenting with angles and lighting and other aspects of photography. This has only increased my enjoyment of this art.

I am currently working on a project that would blend my writing and my photography, but it is only in the very beginnings. Aside from this, I work on other creative projects – such as songwriting and card making. Creativity runs in my blood on both sides of my family, and I enjoy it greatly!
